We design, build, and operate natural gas facilities that run for decades, and we take responsibility for what that means. Who we are

CSV Midstream Solutions is an Alberta-based midstreamer that develops and operates natural gas infrastructure in the Montney region.

We engineer, design, construct, and operate full-service facilities, including sour and sweet gas processing, liquids handling and fractionation, and gas gathering and transmission pipelines.

Our projects move Western Canadian natural gas to market while Creating Shared Value for the people and communities connected to us.

What Shared Value Looks Like

MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

Buddy Up

Buddy Up is a mental health awareness and suicide prevention program developed by the Centre for Suicide Prevention and integrated into CSV as a system. Our program teaches people to recognize when someone is struggling and gives them the tools to reach out, listen, and connect that person to help.

Buddy Up is helping shift workplace culture across CSV sites by encouraging help-offering, not just help-seeking. We focus on building trust, reducing stigma, and creating a workplace where people are supported.

It’s the first program of its kind in Canada’s energy sector and an example of Creating Shared Value in action, using our operations to strengthen connection and care across our worksites and communities. We have a shared commitment to making sure no one feels alone.

INVESTING IN COMMUNITY

The Creating Shared Value Fund

The Creating Shared Value Fund will launch in 2026 as a way to bring people together around local projects that strengthen the region. It directs a portion of revenue from the Albright facility back into the community.

Managed through the Northwestern Alberta Foundation, the fund is guided by an independent volunteer committee of local residents who decide where support will have the greatest impact.

CSV established the fund because when our facilities generate value, that success should extend to the people and places around them.

It stands as a clear example of what Creating Shared Value means in action.
